The Rosen Ownership Opportunities Fund undertakes projects in research, education, and innovation that will expand ownership opportunities for employees. It honors Corey Rosen for his 30 years of dedication to the employee ownership community as the cofounder and former executive director of the National Center for Employee Ownership.

The Rosen Ownership Opportunities Fund's projects are designed to increase the number of employee owners in the US and abroad, to encourage best management practices in these companies, and to deepen the understanding of the scope and impact of employee ownership. The fund focuses on projects that otherwise could not be funded.

The brainchild of Bill Marshall, president of Phelps County Bank, the Rosen Ownership Opportunities Fund began selecting and funding projects in April 2011.

Bill's video introduction to the Rosen Ownership Opportunties fund is below, and an extended PDF of his letter is here.
